Return Request

* Note: Do not proceed to ship any items until a return has been authorized.

** Please do not send multiple emails/contact forms as this can cause your ticket to fall further back in the queue line due to higher inquiry volume.

• Return Requests must be submitted to iRace within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the approval date, in their original box and with all package contents.
• All returns are subject to inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows signs of use, will be declined.
• Return must be requested by original purchaser and any refunds offered will be issued on the original payment method.
• A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to refunds on approved returns. Select returns will be eligible for a store credit (minus any shipping fees paid by iRace on free shipped orders).
• Items that cannot be returned:
  • Electronics
  • Turbo / Supercharger kits
  • External body parts including body kits
  • Racing suits, shoes, gloves, helmets and other safety gear (exchanges available)
  • Custom made parts including customized coilovers and built to order wheels
  • Any item that was a special order
  • Open Box / Used items
