Description
This Radium Engineering fuel rail is a direct bolt-on with the Nissan SR20VE engines originally found in the following:
JDM 97-00 Nissan U14 Bluebird SSS-Z
JDM 97-00 Nissan U14 Wingroad ZV-S
JDM 97-00 Nissan P11 Primera Te-V
JDM 97-00 Nissan P11 Primera G-V
It features a large 0.69″ internal diameter bore to suit even the most fuel hungry engines. The Radium fuel rail converts the OEM side feed fuel injector setup to top feed allowing the use of high flow 14mm O-ring fuel injectors (not included). This kit is compatible with E85. The rail is extruded and CNC machined from solid 6063 aluminum and black anodized for a high quality surface finish. With the combination of the OEM insulating spacers and the included phenolic mounting washers, the fuel rail is 100% isolated from intake manifold heat transfer.
Included
-Black Anodized Aluminum Fuel Rail
-Black Anodized Aluminum Mounting Feet (x3)
-Stainless Steel Mounting Feet Bolts (x6)
-Phenolic Mounting Bolt Washers (x3)
-Radium 20-0161-04, 25mm Injector Seats
NOTE: Fittings can be purchased separately using the options above.

NOTE: Fuel Injectors are NOT included and must be purchased elsewhere.
*Some Deatschwerks injectors feature a plastic tab on the injector body that prevents the injector from fittings into the end ports of this fuel rail. This tab needs to be removed for proper fitment.
Do I need a pulse damper (FPD)?
The opening and closing of the injectors creates pressure pulses in the fuel rail, which can lead to unstable fuel pressure. In order to achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, a pulse damper should be used (especially with high flow injectors). The internal diaphragm will absorb oscillation pulses and stabilize fuel pressure.
Fuel Pressure Regulator Options
A Radium Direct Mount Regulator (DMR) may be used in one of the ports.
To install a Fuel Pressure Gauge (as shown above) 14-0119 and 14-0332 adapter fittings will be required. To reuse the factory fuel pressure regulator, select part number 20-0303 (shown below).
