Description
This Nissan Silvia fuel rail kit is specifically designed for the SR20DET S14/S15 OEM intake manifold. It features a large 0.69″ internal diameter bore to suit even the most fuel hungry engines. The rail is CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum and black anodized for a high quality surface finish. The included phenolic spacers mount the rail to the OEM intake manifold bosses thermal isolation. The Radium fuel rail converts the OEM side feed fuel injector setup to top feed, allowing the use of high flow fuel injectors (not included). The fuel injector bores are 14mm ID. The kit is designed for specific upper and lower O-ring spacing, as depicted.

To resist oxidation corrosion, the lower billet aluminum injector seats are anodized and laser etched. They are O-ring sealed and designed for 14mm top feed injectors. This kit is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85.
The OEM 2-bolt IACV bypass hard line is replaced by a billet aluminum IACV spacer kit to gain clearance for the top feed fuel rail. An anodized aluminum barb adapter and rubber hose is supplied to reroute the charge pipe hose externally to the manifold. One gasket is included for the IACV spacer.

PORT CONFIGURATIONS:
The 20-0359 fuel rail uses three 8AN ORB (3/4″-16) threaded ports. NOTE: the previous fuel rail version (P/N: 20-0159) used two 8AN ORB ports and one 3/8″ NPT on the front port. Use the check boxes above to select the appropriate port configuration for your specific application. NOTE: FOR THROTTLE BODY CLEARANCE PURPOSES, THE OEM FPR MUST BE USED IN THE REAR PORT IF THE OEM INTAKE MANIFOLD IS STILL USED.
If a gauge or sensor is required for monitoring fuel pressure, use a -6AN inline adapter. It requires a -6AN male adapter to be used on the front or rear port. This Radium Engineering fuel pressure gauge can be used with this -6AN inline adapter fitting.
Do I need a pulse damper?
The opening and closing of the injectors creates pressure pulses in the fuel rail, which can lead to unstable fuel pressure. In order to achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, a pulse damper should be used (especially with high flow injectors). The internal diaphragm will absorb oscillation pulses and stabilize fuel pressure. This correction can be measured throughout the RPM range and can often help an erratic surging idle. The fuel pulse damper can be used any port.
