The is the “no surge” wheel for the GTP38 turbo found on 94-03 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke.  This is the factory style wheel in the 94-99 that is used as an upgrage for the 99.5-03 trucks.  The 99.5-03 has a different wheel with the same profile that tends to surge under high load and towing conditions.  This wheel is a direct fit replacement and improves performance while high load and towing by preventing the surge problem.

This wheel is also known as the the Superior wheel, Xtreme wheel and the Wicked Wheel.
